LHTYF CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE (COE) Giving Program:
The Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation, Circle of Excellence Program is a great way for individuals and companies to provide ongoing support to LHTYF through tax deductible monthly financial contributions of any amount. We have suggested monthly amounts below based on assisting a select number of children. However, you are free to donate as you choose per month. When you join our Circle of Excellence Program, you agree to make a recurring monthly (tax deductible) donations to support our work.

- Bronze Members
Each Bronze member must donate $120.00 per calendar year or $10.00 per month. As a bronze member, you will sponsor two children per year in the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation Summer Camp. As a thank you, we will send you a LHTYF T-shirt.
- Silver Members
Each Silver member must donate $240.00 per calendar year or $20.00 per month. As a silver member, you will sponsor four children per year in the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation Summer Camp. As a thank you, we will send you a LHTYF T-shirt & water bottle.
- Gold Members
Each Gold member must donate $480.00 per calendar year or $40.00 per month. As a gold member, you will sponsor eight children per year in the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation Summer Camp and 8 plants for the garden program. As a thank you, we will send you an LHTYF T-shirt, water bottle and tote bag.
- Platinum Members
Each Platinum member must donate $900.00 per calendar year or $75.00 per month. As a Platinum member, you will sponsor fifteen children per year in the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation Summer Camp and 16 plants for the garden program. As a thank you, we will send you an LHTYF polo shirt, coffee mug, tote bag and special gift from one of our sponsors.
- Diamond Members
Each Diamond member must donate $1,200 per calendar year or $100.00 per month. As a Diamond member, you will sponsor twenty-five children per year in the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation Summer Camp and 20 plants for the garden program. As a thank you we will send you an LHTYF polo shirt, coffee mug, tote bag and special gift from one of our sponsors. In addition, you will receive one complimentary ticket to our Annual Pinnacle Awards & Scholarship Gala.
